We want you to love your shower experience, but if a product isn't right for you, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain used personal care items may be subject to specific return conditions.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original box and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
